| Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the conference. Casual dress is suitable for all after-hours activities. |
Transportation |
| Disney's Magical Express provides complimentary transportation and baggage handling upon arrival for all Disney Resort guests. Disney Resort guests should contact Disney by phone or online prior to arrival to make their Magical Express reservations. Once your reservation is logged, you'll receive an Airport Transportation Booklet including general information regarding this service, and luggage tags. Affix the enclosed luggage tags to your bags to notify your airline carrier that you will be taking advantage of Disney's Magical Express transportation service. Bags with Magical Express luggage tags are retrieved by Disney staff and delivered directly to your hotel room. When you arrive in Orlando, visit the Disney's Magical Express Hospitality Center located on Level One, Terminal B to claim your luggage. A Magical Express representative will then direct you to the shuttle to take you to your hotel.
